An accurate audit of existing call charges to ensure that a client is being billed correctly by their existing supplier. We make no charge for this service however we would agree a percentage of any monies recovered as a result of the report on a success fee basis.

An analysis of alternative tariffs and technology available in the market from a comprehensive list of leading UK suppliers. We make no charge for this service however should a client choose to move to a new supplier we will receive a commission from the new carrier.

The Audit will either recoup overcharges and ensure a client is billed correctly in the future or confirm accurate billing. The Analysis will either identify a better supplier / solution or confirm a client’s existing choice.
