An accurate audit of existing call charges to ensure that a client is being billed correctly by their existing supplier. Providing your monthly call spend exceeds £2,500 we make no charge for this service however we would agree a percentage of any monies recovered as a result of the report on a success fee basis.

It is estimated that over 75% of all telephone bills are inaccurate by up to 30% in at least one of the following areas:

  • Overcharging on individual calls.
  • Duplication of calls
  • Calls invoiced from telephone numbers not registered by the client.

If your call spend is greater than £2,500 per month we can use bespoke software to analyse every individual call on a telephone bill and produce a set of management reports documenting any of the above inaccuracies as well as providing a detailed call profile for clients.

The documents can be used to claim against any overcharges uncovered and to identify any unauthorised and or fraudulent use of their system.

The software was written by Paul Coles, author of the accountancy package “Pegasus” as well as the billing platform for “First Telecom”.
